Admission Policy
Questions about enrollment or school policies should be addressed to the School Administrator.
Grace 'n' Glory Christian Academy is a ministry of the Bible Baptist Church of New Franklin, and is maintained and overseen by its members. Therefore, the following order of admission has been approved by the members and set forth by the school administration. Preference to fill open slots in the student body shall be as follows:
- Students of Bible Baptist Church members, or students as members in their own right.
- Students of parents that are from churches and schools of like-faith as Bible Baptist Church, and current students of Grace 'n' Glory who are not members of Bible Baptist Church of New Franklin, MO.
- Students transferring from other Christian schools
- Students from the general public.
Applicants to Grace 'n' Glory Christian Academy must be at least 4 years old for our K4-K5 program and no older than 19 for 12th Grade. Applicants will be screened by the Administrator or Principal. Students and parents must understand our beliefs and agree to abide by the standards and policies of the school. If the student is accepted a registration fee of $60.00 will be due at that time. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Once a student is admitted, they will be on nine weeks probation. This gives the student, parents, and the staff an opportunity to decide if the Christian school is the right place for the student. At the end of this probation period, the Administrator or Principal will again review the student's status. At the discretion of Administrator or Principal, the student may be:
- Cleared of probation and become a student in good standing
- Placed on probation for another nine weeks
- Dismissed from the Christian school
Upon admission, all new students will be administered a diagnostic test to pinpoint weak areas in their learning, and to indicate where they need to start in the ACE curriculum. Parents will be notified of the test results and the student placed in the appropriate PACE (Packet of Accelerated Christian Education).

Grace 'n' Glory Christian Academy and the sponsoring church, Bible Baptist Church of New Franklin, shall not discriminate against employees, students, parents, and applicants on the basis of race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin.
We reserve the right to deny placement, employment, or service on the basis of sexuality, whether homosexuality or lesbianism, as contrary to our faith as defined in God's Word, the Bible, as private church ministries are exempt from such provisions in Title VII of the United States Code, and upheld by the United States Supreme Court.

Re-enrollment policy
All students wishing to return for the following school year should re-enroll as soon as possible after May 10th of the current school year. The re-enrollment fee will be due at that time ad is non-refundable. The re-enrollment guarantees the student a desk in their appropriate classroom. The student's account must be current before re-enrollment will be confirmed. All bills must be paid in full before the student is allowed to begin the next school term.
The school administration reserves the right to dismiss a student at any time they are found in violation of the school conduct and dress codes. The acceptance of any student is left to the sole discretion of the school administration.
Withdrawal and Dismissal Policies
A student may be withdrawn at anytime upon the request of the student's parents or guardians. Likewise, a student may be dismissed at anytime by the school administration. All tuition and PACE fees for the current month of withdrawal or dismissal will not be refunded. Any tuition paid in advance will be refunded beginning with the following month. Only tuition may be refunded as set forth by policy; no other fees will be refunded.
Accreditation
Grace ''n' Glory does not accept State or Federal funding, and is not accredited by any agency of the State or Federal government. The school believes that government accreditation is not necessary to a student receiving a good education, and would be a hindrance to a Christ-centered learning environment. The school is a member of the American Association of Christian Schools, and is also a member of the Missouri Association of Christian Schools. Accelerated Christian Education also audits the school to make sure that we are following their policies and procedures.
